About the service

My Pilot Journey is an optional personal training organizer for flight hours, expenses, budgets, aircraft and milestones. It is not an FAA-approved logbook, electronic flight bag, aeronautical data source, instruction provider, or regulatory compliance system. Do not use it for flight planning, safety decisions, or proof of required aeronautical experience unless independently verified against applicable requirements.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and backup of information you enter. Keep required training and legal records in appropriate official systems. Do not enter sensitive personal or payment data into free-text notes.

Accounts

You may explore a demonstration without an account. Creating an account requires access to a supported Google identity or email address. You must only use an account you are authorized to access.

Service availability

This application is offered on a best-effort basis and may change, experience interruptions, or contain mistakes. It should not be relied upon as the sole copy of important training records. Export backups regularly.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate harmful traffic, or upload unlawful material.

Voluntary support

My Pilot Journey is free to use. Optional PayPal monthly support subscriptions do not unlock features. A support subscription renews according to the amount and frequency disclosed in PayPal checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through PayPal. Deleting a My Pilot Journey account does not itself cancel a PayPal subscription.

Account deletion

Deleting your account removes your active training records and profile; this cannot be undone through the application. Temporary residual infrastructure history may persist under provider retention periods, as described in the Privacy Policy.
